Here's what's what:

I just sent Storming Heaven 17 to Arcadia tonight. It should be posted next Sunday. I'm already working on SH 18.

I also have a short B/A(us) story I ended up doing, which I want to revise and send to her. It's not actually that short, it's just not as long as most of my series. The story is complete, though, and the first part should be up the week after the SH update.

I am still sticking with my plan to complete SH before I continue working on Journey. Both stories are important to me, but both take a lot of time, care and energy. I don't want to spread myself too thin, and I do have some RL obligations that have to take precedence over fanfic. I don't want any of my projects to suffer because I can't give them the attention they deserve. I feel that SH won't take all that much longer to wrap up, after which I can devote myself to getting Journey where I want it to be.

I'm holding my breath until the return of Journey (I've been blue in the face for quite some time now ;-> ) but it certainly makes sense for you to want to complete one project before returning to a more complex one.
