Subject: Updates Author: Margot [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 14:17:24 05/02/04 Sun Hi, all, Arcadia didn't get my latest story from me until it was too late for her to post it before work. I don't know if she'll have time to post it later tonight. No, it is not a Journey update: it is a complete B/A(us) stand-alone, Crap Shoot in a form which is expanded from the version posted at the Babble Board or sent to the fic lists. My work with SavingAngel has cut into my fic-writing time. And, frankly, I've been seriously (NOT fataly) ill since September, with a specialist only now helping me get things under control. I know I sound like a broken record, but I am not abandoning my fic, not giving up on any of my projects, and not planning on letting it all fade away. Whatever does or does not happen with Angel in particular or the fandom in general, I'm going to keep writing. The stories posted so far are not the complete archive of fic I'm working on. There are stories that are well under way that no one has seen that you can expect to find posted over the course of the next year or two. And, I fully expect to finish the current revision to Journey's most recent chapter and post that by the end of the month. After that, I'm sticking to my plan to wrap up Storming Heaven and go back to my first fic series, Primal Dreams before devoting myself to Journey and the rest of The Silken Cage series. Along the way, there are some fics that have decided to be written which I think you'll enjoy. While I desperately hope the Buffyverse continues in some way, shape or form, I don't need it to do so to continue to find inspiration to write. There's plenty of material I haven't had a chance to fully explore just waiting for me to get to it. Someday, I ought to post a list... Meanwhile, thanks for your patience and support. Thanks for continuing to send me notes about the fic even when it hasn't been updated in months. Thanks for reading. Thanks for telling me you enjoyed it.
