Margot-

I wish you'd put up an updated list of published novels with your work in them. Because I adore you and wish to support you in real life *heart* I've been meaning to buy them for a long time, and since I'm ordering a book for my mother's birthday I thought I could save on shipping and get everything at once. I've been hunting around, and found:

The Golden Age of Lesbian Erotica: 1920-1940 (edited by Victoria A. Brownworth and Judith M. Redding)
Bed: New Lesbian Erotica (edited by Victoria A. Brownworth)
Night Shade: Gothic Tales by Women (edited by Victoria A. Brownworth and Judith M. Redding)
Night Bites: Vampire Stories by Women (edited by Victoria A. Brownworth)
Fighting the Forces: What's at Stake in Buffy the Vampire Slayer? (edited by Rhonda V. Wilcox and David Lavery)
Touch: Epidemic of the Millennium (edited by Steven-Elliot Altman and Patrick Merla)

Is that right? Is that everything? And more importantly, love, are you still writing? It's been so long, and I'd hate to see another of my favorite writers disappear. I've adored you since I first forayed into the world of Buffy fic all those years ago (my first fandom), and although I've read too many fics to count and the works of many talented writers, you've always had a special place in my heart. Please, darling, let us know you're still alive now and then.

{{{{HUGS}}}}

I think you've got everything that's still in print. But, for the record, "Access Denied" was published in "Out for More Blood" also edited by Brownworth and Redding.

Something else is in the works, but I won't say more about that until I have concrete information.

I have not stopped writing. In fact, I recently decided to take early retirement in order to return to graduate school for creative writing. I'm waiting to hear about my application. The idea is that the grad school program I've applied to would let me devote myself to writing in an atmosphere that nurtures my creativity rather than draining it.

I realize it's been years since I've updated any of my Buffy fic. With the prospect of the summer off before returning to school, I'm going to try to change that.

Thanks for still caring.

Diane

I have just started writing my own Buffy and Angel stories on FanFiction.Net. I have greater appreciation for writers like you who have taken the time and put in the effort to write such wonderful fiction. Staying committed is a struggle when RL makes demands that we not spend time on this hobby or guilty pleasure. You at least show interest in completing what you promised. There are writers who have abandoned their stories after promising that they would finish in ten years. They have not checked in to say what is happening; no word as to if they will continue or if they have decided to move on and not finish. Has something happened and this is why no more? Like where is Nymue? Will she finish the Chrystabel Chronicles?

Anyway thank you for posting and I am looking forward to your fiction this summer, or when ever you will post it.

A faithful fan

Karisa
