I did not want to be abandoned next, and resented them for not telling us, so I fled to the Open Valley.
...They followed, Silver Choice, Juliet, and Starba. I told my eldest blood brother that I did not want to leave him alone as my mother had left him. He rejected me, and we parted, he going back to the dark, and myself returning with Juliet and Silver Choice. ...After that I never really fit in. North Star had noticed the change, and had wished things to go back to the way they once were. ..I drifted farther and farther away from them, and suddenly Starba came back. I guess I snapped then... But soon after, you came, and you know the story well enough after that...
Never before had her story been fully revealed, to anyone. Eyes are downcast once the memories stop playing before her eyes, shoulders shaking just visibly. Tears course down delicate features, staning the ground underneath her with excess moisture. Forelock hangs into her eyes, but it goes un-noticed. She, largely, had been responsible for her twin's discomfort now.=
