Stallion snorts in surprise, listening to dark's menacing tone. Orbs catch beloved's gaze, and silent words,a nd he whickers quietly in reply, repeating message, but voice is reassuring, though brief. He could do nothing now, but he would. He would, once he figured out what. Gaze follows them out, as forefoot paws at ground, stamping again and again in agitation and helplessness. Where were they going, and why? What had happened? And what could he possibly do? He had to stay, but muscles tense, and he wishes to lunge forward and overtake mare leading beloved Frost away. If she was hurt... Mournful cry is sent softly to the wind, and he lowers head, auds flicking to and fro, 'til all signs of equines had vanished beyond horizon.
