She is young to know of such things, but I believe, if you show her nothing but good from now on, and she gets positive reassurance from her mother, that soon she will have forgotten all about it. Innocence like hers is hard to break. I think that you have yet to be a monster in her young eyes.

I speak from experience, and it takes a great deal to ruin what a mother sows into a young one's heart...=
