There are indeed currently two Shilohs events and they are both sceduled for the same days. The battalion will be supporting the event sponsored by the Blue Gray Alliance. At the recent Wilson's Creek event Colonel Yokubaitis met with the event organizers and offered some feasible scenarios for the 150th Shiloh event. The organizers liked the Colonel's ideas and asked if he would be on the planning committee to help develop the battle scenarios that the Blue Gray Alliance will be using that weekend.

So don't register for the Armies of Tennessee event, the Red River Battalion will be supporting and attending the 150th Shiloh being organized by the Blue Gray Alliance.

As for the proposal to put a tent on the back of your truck, well that would be a good way to keep your stump dry. The stump that you are always climbing on to bloviate. (smile)
