Subject: OB800CT suspend problem

I'm running a dual-boot Win XP Pro/Mandrake Linux 9.2 system on my OB 800CT. I know, it's pushing the envelope! Both systems run fine and are not as slow as I would have thought. 80mb memory helps.

The problem happens when the laptop is running on battery and goes into suspend mode either by itself, or if I press the On/Off button. When I power up again none of the cards in my pcmcia slots are seen. That includes modem, WiFi card, Compact Flash, whatever. This same scenario happens no matter what OS I'm running, so I believe it's the machine, not the OS.

Has anyone else nothiced such behavior and figured out a way around it?
