Subject: Should I buy a 600ct?

I saw a 600ct (486dx2, 75MHz) at a thrift store that has a port replicator w/ lan card, 32mb, 2 PCMCIA drives, and an ext. floppy w/ no cable. It boots and counts memory then can't find the drive. Does this machine have an internal drive or just the PCMCIA drives? I know the store tries to format all drives to remove data but it should still be able to find the drive if it's present right? Anyhow, let me know if you think the machine is usable for linux even without the floppy cable (not sure how I'd load the OS, hmm...) They want $80 for the thing but that sounds like 2-3x the value, but it is a neat machine...

All commentary appreciated.

-Kurt
