I just bought a HP Omnibook 800 Laptop. What would be the best operating system...3.1, NT, 95, 98? Should I be concerned with the low clock speed and limited memory? It doesn't come with a CD rom drive; any suggestions on how to get one or on getting the OS loaded via floppy? My primary objective for its use is as a portable tool for writing in Word applications.
ps..not completely computer savvy, my apologies, but I have had an omnibook in the past and liked it so I wanted another.
