I have one full successful implimentation experience of SAP QM.
PROJECT DETAILS:
PROJECT SAP: April 2000 till date
Client : OSRAM India Limited, New Delhi, India
Environment : S/W - SAP R/3 4.6 ,CIN 3.0
OSRAM India Limited is a subsidiary of OSRAM GmbH, Germany one of the leading light manufacturing company in the world. Modules being implemented are FI, CO, MM, PP, SD and QM. Additionally MySAP.com would be implemented. SAP will be interfaced with external software, which will support sales functionalities in various branches in India.
ROLE: As a Functional leader (SAP), with OSRAM India Limited. Job involves:
· Leading a team of functional executives for implementing QM.
· Conducted AS-IS study, Requirement study, conceptualization and validation of business processes related to QM, assign and schedule resources, and monitor deliverables progress.
· Customization of system for prototyping and testing of business processes in deferent scenarios.
· Defined usage decision codes and selected sets. Assigned stock posting rules and follow up processes.
· Defined new control keys, keys for certificate processing.
· Customized material types for inspection. Defined operation control keys for incoming inspection plans in QM and for routing along with PP.
· Defined user fields, identifiers for inspection units for capturing additional details.
· Configured the system for handling customer complaints, internal problems through notifications. Defined task list profile for notifications, follow-up actions for tasks.
· Customized system for capturing non-conformity costs.
· Established MM-QM, QM-SD and QM-PP interface.

Over 7 years of experience in the area of Quality Assurance, Standards, Control, SPC & SQC, TQM ,Glass and its processing in electromechanical environment.
Working as a Deputy Manager (Quality) and Process Engineering as an additional responsibility in the M/s OSRAM (India) Ltd, Delhi Road, Sonepat since Nov-94.
QUALIFICATION:
· Holding Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad during 1991-94.
· Lead auditor from IQCS Certification certified by IRCA for ISO 9000.
