Panasonic is implementing SAP R/3 4.6c with BW in entire Europe. We a team of consultants in Germany are responsible for implementations and rollouts in Europe.

Responsibilities include:

Solely responsible for design and development of interfaces using IDOCs between Matsushita Electric, Japan and all factories and Sales offices of Panasonic.
Interfaces includes
a) Outbound Orders,
b) Inbound Orders
c) Inbound Order confirmations and
d) Inbound Invoices which would actually create Inbound deliveries,
Shipment and Invoices. And enhancements, dialog transactions.
Involved in data loading process in BW via flat file.
Worked as an SAP BW 3.0 evaluation team member in association with SAP and Panasonic testing the development of InfoObjects, InfoSources, and Infocubes, utilizing update rules and transfer rules.
Management for data loads via IDoc or PSA, Flat file creation/load PSA (used to source data from legacy system into BW).

Developed Backlog report, it is used to monitor contract revenue. AP Aging reports to display vendor payments and over dues.

The Database layer which is taken care by SQL DB's and XML repositories. The Business Logic Layer which is handled by Cold Fusion and XML.The presentation Layer which would be HTML and CSS. Allaire spectra come into picture where the data syndication occurs. This project is still in the design phase and it involves a lot of concentration on XML. A separate java client is also being planned.
The WAP Component in this site has been introduced to facilitate clients to log in and view their outstanding balances and total no of bills submitted by the employees along with their balances, and clinics can view their bill status along with other necessary information.

This Custom Tag is used to display the list of the table. And it expects the attributes like data source, table name etc. The Tag requires the field names, which exist in the specified table. The tag also checks whether specified table and data source exist or not. Actually this custom tag drastically reduces development time over normal hand-coded web-based applications especially when developing maintenance modules.
