More than four years of SAP/R3 Human Resources module work experience, to the capacity of Team Leader, configuration practice on the following components: Organizational Management, Personnel Management, Recruitment, Personnel Development, Benefits, Compensation Management, Personnel Cost, Time Management/Shift Planning. Capacity Planning, CATS, Payroll(Gross/Net). Dedicated, highly motivated and technically adept professional, able to communicate effectively with end users, and disclose essential knowledge. Work well both independently and as a team member.
