[Deliverables]The Implementation Lead will deliver an on-time and in-budget SRM project in accordance with the project workflow. [Value to client]The implementation of the project will have an immediate impact on reducing costs to the company and add millions of dollars to the bottom line. [Industry Experience]Specific industry experience is not required. However, pharmaceutical, life sciences or healthcare knowledge may be helpful. [Functional Experience]The consultant must have at least five years of strong SAP product knowledge/experience as well as strong managerial and communication skills, with at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementation projects as the Implementation Lead or Project Manager, and direct hands-on experience with SAP R/3 SRM (SRM 3.0 and above preferred). A broad background in large systems integration from a Project Lead is highly desirable in eProcurement, ERP or other financial systems. [Personality/Other Attributes]The consultant must have excellent organizational and communication skills and be able to drive the integration team. S/he must be able to work well with multiple departments that may have unique priorities as it pertains to brining the project in on time as well as juggle all of the aspects of the project to meet deadlines. [Terms]This role is anticipated to last three months, but may go longer or shorter. The work location of this assignment will be in Orange County, California. The client will be available to interview consultants by telephone or in person as they are presented. Rates are driven by market conditions and the specifics of the project. The actual rate for the engagement will depend on the consultant selected. There are no fees until an M Squared consultant is selected and the project work begins. We will strive to present several choices of qualified and available consultants at varying rates and backgrounds within a few business days from your approval of this specification.
