~Mal came up leading the beatiful bay filly. I walked up to Honor Bright and Mal gave me a leg up."So, Lana you are going to just take her for a gallop, right?" Mal said. I nodded and walked the filly to the track. I walked her for a 1/4 of a mile an then trotted her for another 1/4 mile. I posted to her trot. Then I urged her into a canter and walked to her smooth Thoroughbred stride. Then as soon as we got to the mile pole I pushed her into a gallop. I rocked with her and the bay filly dug in. "Come on Honor," I cried as her mane wipped my face. She dug in more and I let the reins out all the way. We galloped for half a mile. At the 1 1/2 mile I slowed her down and jumped from the saddle. I cooled her out walking her around and then led her to Mal. "She was awsome!" I cried. "Well, she is for auction." Mal said. "Oh, I am bidding for her! She's amazing!!" Me and Mal started back to the barn. "Well, you know," she said. "You did great out their too!" "Thanks,"I smiled. We walked back up to the barn and bathed, untacked, and groomed the bay filly. I was deffinetly going to bid on her!!~
