I groomed, saddled and mounted my Arabian mare and walked her to the indoor arena. I walked her for a few mins, then trotted her until she was warm and ready to work. I clucked her into a trot and sat deeply to her working trot. It was quite smooth but when I rode her into an extended trot I began to post. I then got her to work between her collected and extended trot, while never changing the beat of her strides, only the length. I then urged her into a canter, workied on her flying changes, slowed her back to a trot and worked on some figures and half halts. I slowed her to a walk, worked on her leg yielding, her stepping backwards and her passages. After that, I cooled her down , unsaddled her and hosed her down. I put her back into her stall with her foal crystals dream, as I was planning to take them both to their paddock later.
