I walked through the breeze on the beach, riding Rebel. Followed was Ashley on Joker, Anna on Honor, Josie on Pirate, Sammy on Sassy and Both Johns on King and Patch. We galloped down the sandy beach, with the waves crashing and the breeze running through our faces. Soon, we saw some cousins and relatives, who had borrowed some of our horses.
"Wow!" I exclaimed. "This will be quite some trail!"
Grandma was on Bahama Mama
Grandpa was on Shining Tiara
Uncle on Chester
Auntie on Lucky Charms
Tessie on Ara
and Jasmine on Dee-Dee
We walked around a little, and giggled as we chatted. Some horses spooked when they heard lightning. We did as well. They turned and all of us cantered all the way home. It was cold, and it sure made the horses work. We walked them in the lower arena when we were home, and let them go free in their stalls.
