i had invited over a close friend of mine to come trail riding with me, and as soon as he arrived we headed into the barns. we fetched Crystal and Memento form their stalls and cross tied them in the saddling area. we groomed and saddled the horses, them mounted. we walked through the stable yeard until we reached my favouriote trail, the one that is along the river. we chatted as our horses warmed up and when they were (warmed up) and the terrain had gooton better, we cantered them along the banks of the stream. we pulled them up at the lake, for a drink. we then trotted and walked them home once home, we hosed them off (they hadd gotton a little muddy), gave them another groom and turned them out for the afternoon.
