I was still very weak from the baby but, I decided to ride Merziad. Since she was a Broodmare I thought It might be theraputic to both of us. I tacked and groomed her and lead her out to the Paddock. I mounted and Brought her to a slow walk. She seemed bored so I urged her into a Trot. After a few minutes I was exhausted and brought her to a stop. I dismounted and lead her to the barn and Un tacked her. As I washed her coat and dried it I thought aloud" What a Beautiful horse you are" I feed her a carrott and before i could put her back into her stall I had to rest. I sat down on a bench slightly faster than I should of and started to feel dizzy. My fiance,Matt, had been watching out the window and hurried down to help. He lead merziad back to her stall and rushed to make sure I was OK. I told him I was fine and stood up. I wasn't fine! I drpped back down and he caught me. Matt helped me into the house and told me to rest and he would call the doctor.
