(I got the pics, but when I load like half of them, it says server not found!)
Jennifer & I rode Rebel & Calypso into the stable yard from the trail & halted our horses.I thought for a min, then I said to Jennifer "the horses can't be very tired, so what do you think about trying them over a jump course?" Jennifer agreed, so we rode our horses into the outdoor jumping arena. All of the jumps were set from 5" to 5'-6".I said to Jennifer "I'll have to set the jumps down to 4'-6" for Rebel, but this is what Calypso normally jumps.I'll go first if its ok with you." Jennifer said "ok," & I smiled & got Calypso to canter. The first jump in the course I was doing was a big 5'-6" triple.Calypso cantered toward the jump, he gathered himself, & we soared over the big triple.I made a tight turn with Calypso to a 5 foot wishing well jump, then after jumping that, we cantered on to jump a liverpool, a spread, a natural jump, a fake stone wall, a combination, a vertical & a oxer.I pushed him into a hadn gallop for the last jump, a 5'-6" fake brick wall.Calypso flew over the 5'-6" jump at a hand gallop.I slowed him down to a canter, then a trot, then a walk & then a halt.Jennifer called "that looked awesome!" I grinned & called back "thanks!" then I dismounted & set the jumps from 4 feet to 4'-6".I said to Jennifer "your turn." She replied...
