You mean how to find new exploits right. Becouse to find ones people already reported you just got to put expliots in to any search engine.

To actuully make expliots or find them out first, you really got to be close to the level of eleet. you got to no most programming languages very well and and most OS's insided and out.

I dont think perl makes .exe's
