 There is a program called degree ip sniffer that sends a link to a person on aol and when they go to the link you get there ip. But the link is to your ip so they can see your ip as well.

Also you could get black ice firewall and set the security at max and when your talking to someone on aol press make direct connection and even if they refuse the connection you will get there ip.
