Well he went out and code a program that is like none other. He is gonna want to get his program known. Also this is one of the only programs i no to date that acttully works in changing ip's in packets. Its only natural to want to see the impact it has on the hacking world soon after its release.

And for the warning, changing your ip in packets you send out is illegal, so just useing the program can get you in trouble. So for moofz own safety he puts up a warning so people can not blame what they do with his program on him. And also to tell you that using this program like many other programs like it can get you into trouble. ( But the trouble you will get in mostly has to do with how you use it )

Also moofz if you would like it, i would not mind putting your program in are download section, as long as it is ok with plebius. I have a good amount of knowlage of TCP/IP protocal and i could handle the questions that your program may generate on are forum.
