PanZer knows more about this sort of thing than I do, but posting to a forum under her IP address would require more than going through a proxy, it would require packet spoofing. This is not easy for the newbie, especially if you're using Windows.

My suggestion is to go after her webpage. This is still above the newbie range, but if she does not know much about computers, she might have chosen a weak password, and her account could be cracked. Finding an exploit would be another way to "deface" her site.

One way to annoy people is to send E-mails to others using her name and address. This does not require you to crack her account at all. It just requires spoofing. There's a program in the download section that can do this, but if you want to be untraceable, you would have to do everything in Telnet and go through a wingate. But I've done it to people, and sent letters from one guy to another telling one guy how much he's always wanted him.
