What you are looking for is a "bootloader". Bootloaders let you switch between different operating systems like Windows and Linux. Linux-Mandrake already comes with one called "Grub". Another popular one is called "Lilo". Personally, I didn't like having a bootloader on my computer, but it's cheaper than having two computers. You should be able to download everything you need at the Mandrake site.
