well there are different kinda of programming languages. Some are languages that have to be compilled others are scripting languagest that need a interperater, like Perl. Also some are designed to be put in web pages. But i would say the best language right now is C++ a compiling language. Java Script seems to be avery good web programming language. Perl is good for making a quick script and is not to hard to learn. But there are a bunch of bad things about perl as well. If you what to make .exe programs you are gonna need a language like C++ or Delphi. I would say C++ is better, it is the language that back orfice was made out of. But Delphi is good to it was the language Sub7 was made out of. To learn more about programming go to http://code.box.sk/
