SafeWeb is one of the links on the bottom-right side of the page. It is excellent for anonymous, secure browsing. Otherwise, any of the proxies listed on my page are anonymous. For FTP, Telnet, and messenger clients, you need to use wingates and SOCKS proxies. Or you can get Freedom ($50) and it automatically takes care of Telnet, FTP, mail, browsing, and IRC.
