ok this is all i really can think of. Try to install virtualCD on another computer if you can and then copy the Virtual CD directory to your computer and if the registry values are still there like it looks like it may actully work. Also when you do the set up on the other computer look for any kinda setup log being generated. you can use that to full manually uninstall the VirtualCD if this does not work.

sorry i really need to be infront of the comp to fix a hard proublem like this.
