There are two ways to get into a website:

1. Crack an account password (usually requires brute-force or dictionary attack, and is easily detected)

2. Find an exploit

To answer your question directly, there is no easy way to get into a website unless an account is protected by a weak password (usually a name or word you can find in a dictionary), or you can find an exploit that will easily give you access. There are thousands of exploits out there, and the primary way to determine if a machine has a vulnerability is through a vulnerability scanner.
