Subject: Inspirit Music

Has anyone ever been to Inspirit Music in High Wycombe. I went in their the other day - found it tucked away down Desborough Road (near the old Buzz Records).

I was really impressed actually, they had a lot of 2-step and d'n'b. A bit topo much for my liking. But they also had loads of quality US and UK house.

I was also chatting to the guy behind the counter and he said they were about to start up a house label.

Dunno whether this is true - I've heard alot of people say they're gonna start labels. Could be pretty good though I reckon.

Yes you're right, I have a test press of their first release and I'll be playing it on my Sunday afternoon show 12-2pm along with a selection of other new releases this week.

Inspirit's first release is called SOMEDAY
Various mixes will be available but I'll be playing the deeper/dubby B side mix this Sunday...
