"You let me take care of it," Jakob yelled over the wind as he pulled out his crosbow and let a bolt fly. The projectile flew askew to the edge of the whirlwind and eventually vanished. A few moments later, a loud 'thok' could be heard from inside, folowed by the woman's black staff sailing into Jakob's hands, a crosbow bolt planted in one end.

"I suggest you end this tirade," he yelled at the tornado, "because I doubt you have anything else for me to hit except your head."
