KELLY! I never write people with advice, but I actually have some that may help you. I just finished going threw the house buying process. The best thing you could do in order to get your money out of your house is to not sell, rent it for about 6 mo. at $200 (at least) more than your payments. You can do this threw a real-estate company or there the state. If you rent it as Section 8 housing then the Government is responsible for collecting your rent and making sure your house is not being messed up! They require the renters to not only keep up the outside, but the inside. Also there is a shortage in Sec. 8 housing so it is in big demand. Just a thought.
