Hey Kellie! I know you have been looking for a good diet, I just wanted to suggest Weight Watchers. My boyfriend, mom, and step-dad have been on it. I really works I PROMISE! My Boyfriend has lost 35 lbs, my mom has lost 20lbs and my step dad has lost 30lbs. It has been about a month and a half, and they are not tired of it! You can eat anything you want! Yes, even that triple layered chocolate cake...All you do is count the points (its easy!) You do lose kinda slow but i know a few people who have lost and KEPT OFF the weight for years!
