Tiz a little disappointing to hear that things are moving that way in terms of discussion formats, I was hoping that the two message areas could co-exist in delightful equilibrium as some of us have a preference for one format to another and the ability to broadly converse has always been one of the founding and redeeming aspects of the sites even when trouble has brewed at moments.
