The two young escapee broodmares walk in, quietly announce their presence, and head for the breeding fields.

History: The two mares had been extensively raced between the ages of 1 and 3. Near the end of their champion career, they were sold to a new master who immeidiately after put them to work as broodmares. They were demanded many more foals of than is natural, due to the excellent quality of them. Many years and many foals later, a sympathetic groom released them. They have made their way to these lands, in search of freedom.
But habit has proven stronger than want, and so they continue on the strenuous work of broodmares, keeping the same cycle as willing prisoners, and allowing any and all stallions to mate them.
