First of all, you are wrong in saying that you didn'ty power-play. You said that you scraped muscle and bone..blah blah blah...off of his forelegs, then you said 'insuring perminant handicap until death'. THAT is power-playing, although I know that it would handicap a horse. Because he was running, how owuld you possibly rear up in front of him?
So, you're ASSUMING that he would stop and stand there, allowing this to be done to him. And, by the way, I am perfectly realistic. You aren't, since a mare would never go after a stally and do that to him. A stallion WOULD try to force a mare by biting when he does not get his way...that's what a stallion does! He's a dominant creature who looks down upon every thing else....in a sense. But, I'm going to stop this stupid OOCing, since it's messing up Caitie's board. Goodbye.
{By the way, you said "is the mare who is dominant over the stallion unless of time of mating or protection." That is SO not true, a stallion is always dominant over a mare, the lead mare only leads the herd in fleeing from danger, and the stallion stays back to stand between the herd and the danger, protecting his harem. If you don't beleive me, read 'Such is the Real Nature of Horses' by Robert Vavra, or 'Wild Horses I Have Known' by Hope Ryden.}
