Greetings,
Your great great grandfather was certainly a dynamic man. You write that the
records of the Church of the Christian Brotherhood were donated to the
Ontario archives - does this mean that the church no longer exists? Are any
of RC Evan's descendants affiliated with the RLDS church? (Have I asked
enough questions in my first paragraph?)
Growing up in the Independence area I heard a few "old timers" speak of "RC"
as the RLDS Billy Graham. I have read all four of his books and would be
interested in reading your work when it is completed.Thank-you for attaching
the old LDS book with your email.
Would you allow me to post your email at my website - others that wander
through may interested to learn of the availability of the church's records
at the Ontario archives and the insight they give into the post-RLDS life of
RC Evans?
I will forward the two articles at my first opportunity - can you send me a
postal address?
Best wishes, Scott

pleasing. I am particularly interested in the two articles (`Boy Orator` and
`His Reward is Sure`). I must applaud you on your site. It is a big area
to cover. As one of his great, great grandchildren I have been passed down
his daughters copies of his 4 books. Namely, his autobiography, his book of
sermons, his book of correspondence and finally his why I am not a mormon.
I have also been looking into his genealogical roots, his religious
background and the legacy he left when he formed his own church here in
Toronto.
