Thanks for the information about John Cunningham, I will update the page.

Concerning Marsh's photograph - In a book called Divine Origin of the Restoration by F. Edward Butterworth the in a tiny image of Marsh - appears to be a drawing (there are thumbnail size pictures of each of the original twelve). Brother Butterworth does not say where these images come from, but this is the first time I have seen an representation of Thomas Marsh. It is on page 135.

Perhaps if you contact Brother Butterworth he can give you the source.
