Dear Kay,

I am President of the Saints History Association of Victoria, Australia and would like you to know that we are holding a weekend gathering at Lower Bendoc, Victoria, near where you father was born. Lower Bendoc was the the location of a Johnson family home and also there was a church branch there.

The old school house where the services were held has been restored and we are going to hold the weekend celebration in that building. This was the school where your father attended when he was a boy. There is memorabilia of the Johnson family at Lower Bendoc and will be on display over the weekend of the gathering.

The weekend gathering is over the weekend of 22nd, 23rd and 24th November 2002.

Lois Archer (your cousin) is preparing a paper about the Johnson family to present during this weekend. A paper is also being presented about the Velt family.

Should you have anything you wish to contribute, please let me know.
