just a bit of info for all you 100% seakers... i'm 100% done (e-mail me if you want proof) and i was very disapointed with the results of my hours opon hours of game play to get there. nothing happened. not even an acnowledgement that i had done it, no million dollars, and definitly no access "carser city" and it's carser, not carter or carver or anything like that. listen to the radio, they mention the city on a couple stations.
