When you talk about jobs and houses and schools... thats not judging... the context you are using it in is completely different from what I was talking about.. being judgemental for example would be me saying that Steve is a prick because the first time I met him, he was rude to me.. but I didn't know him then, nor did I know what was going on with him at the time... of course one should look into things before they do anything period.. thats common sense to most people... its just that what you are talking about as far as jobs and schools and housing is concerned, that does not have much to do with judging... another example I could use, since you are talking about religion is, all catholics are going to hell because they worship the virgin Mary... O.K.. now, that is being judgemental... its not a true statement, and the person obviously isn't catholic... but that is being judgemental... studying all religions and learning all about them so you can choose which one to follow is commendable... its too bad more people aren't like that in the world, then they wouldn't have all the misconceptions that they have about all the other religions, and they wouldn't sound ignorant when they spoke on things they knew nothing about.... but again, thats not judging... thats basically educating yourself to a higher level... so what exactly are you judging???
