I suspect it will be gun companies and products with 'drugs' lie caffine which will be next...then, p[robably people will sue fast food companies for making unhealthy food...really Tommy, consider this, there is a thing called judicial precedent...

...now, I will let you come to your own conclusions about this and I wil not mention any names, but for years people have fought against certain Items in congress, but could not win...they could not get the peoples mandate for what ever reason...including possibly big money from special intrest lobyists from the NRA, Gun manufactures, and big Tobbaco...so, they have over turned the will of the people on medical pot, tobacco, and quotas and imigration policy by abbusing the judicial system...creating a judicial tyranny from people who are appointed to life long positions, not subject to the sway of the democratic process, and the judicial review and precedent set up a climate where it is ok to abuse the judicial system for there whims...now...who appointed these judges...I will not tell you who, but it certainly wasn't Reagan and Bush...

...vice versa, judges appointed by conservitives have been biased towards conservitive issues...and thus there has been abuse on both sides...what I am getting at is this go team attitude...whether it is fervent dedication to rep. or dem., Is not logical because you are voting based on loyalty and emotion, not result...
