Yea, well when Bush was still in comand early in the 1992 election, perot was second in the polls nabing 33% well ahead of clinton for sometime...but when he withdrew from the election, trhen came back in, he fucked the whole thing up...

...anyway...what I am saying is marginal progress is progress...and if the total third party movement makes constant gains, eventually they will be taken seriously...

...I still wish John McCain would have bolted and ran reform...when the primary season was going on they ran polls that suggested McCain was running at 22% in a head to head race with bush and gore if he where to join the reform party and run...and he had already said he would never do it at that point, even though he said he would accept there nomination in conjuction with the republican nomination...in head to head national polls at that point as a republican he was slaughtering al gore by a much greater margin then bush was...if he would have went third party, eventually he would have nabbed over 30% of the vote and been a real threat to win...
