Physical Description: Blonde, blue-eyed, and pale of skin, she might be described as having near-elvish beauty, if you can take in enough of her appearance before she starts telling you one of her 'prophecies'. Her wardrobe consists of robes of the color best representing her latest prophecy, usually dark black.
Personality: She's hard to figure out. You can scarcely say hello before she's predicting something horrible happening to you, usually your imminent demise. She's always serious about it too. Trouble is, nobody has ever yet been able to prove conclusively that her predictions are incorrect, even partially. There's always some clause in the wording. In any case, to some she's an obvious nut who's not worth bothering with because she's harmless. To others, she's an obvious seer who you'd do well to pay attention to.
Preferred Order: I'm not sure where she fits best, Caretakers, possibly? I'll let you put her wherever you like.
