In 486CORE the keyboard controller can handle keyboards of XT type, but it is not 100% compatible. The keyboard controller is built into ElanSC400 chipset. To find specifications of ElanSC400 keyboard controller and how to write handler for it, please refere to ElanSC400 processor documentation available in AMD's web-site. Or refer to [developer]>>[s/w packages]>>[Linux Drivers and Patches for 486CORE] in CompuLab's web-site. You will find proper patch for keyboard handler code in this package.
