Hi !!!

I have installed Windows 98 Second Edition on a hard
disk. I have installed all drivers succesfully.
The PC Cards are correctly configured, I used the
PCMCSC.exe file and I added to autoexec.bat
All was all right!!!

So I wanted to Installed Windows 98 Second Edition on
a PC Card to boot from it.

I follow all steps from the file "Win 95 Install.doc"
(with some modifications to win98)

I finished all steps, but I change the flash disk for
the PC Card!
I configured the PC Card on BIOS like an ATA PCMCIA
(and put AUTOCONFIC, PHISICAL on Ide2).

But when I want to boot from it, Windows loading starts
but an error message appear "While Initializing device CONFIGMG: Windows Protection Error. You need to restart your computer."

I can start Windows only in Safe Mode...

I think this problem is because I configured PCMCIA on BIOS
(but it's necessary to boot from it).

I think that because when I boot from a HDD and I don't
configure de PC Card on BIOS, Windows recognize it
without problems, but when I configure it on BIOS (for accessing it from MS-DOS too) I get an error message
from windows
"While Initializing device IOS: Windows Protection Error. You need to restart your computer."

Does anyone can tell me what could I do, to boot windows
correctly from ATA PCMCIA???

"Thanks for the last Replay Gideon"
