Subject: Market Gems Watch list & Day Trader for 5/9

Market Gems Daily Watch List:

Stocks below closed at the high end of their intraday trading ranges and look like they
might be reversing to the upside. A slightly positive outlook tomorrow can move some of
these stocks to the upside. #1 #2 #3,#4, #8 and #10 were earnings plays. They proved to have good reports and have been pulled down with the negative market climate. PLUG might have corrected enough and could be ready for some buying. COBT looks like a good daytrade if it takes out Monday's high.

Watch MYGN as some good news might move that little wonder back up. I would be a watcher of earnings plays as well.

Stock Updates

ATML gained $2 7/16 at high to meet our objective. IDTI, CVG are neutral. After initially gaining $2 3/16 at high, CHINA gapped down at the open. Those still holding who employed our 5 Minute Rule strategy as outlined in a recent commentary should've closed out at breakeven or even reaped some of yesterday's gains. MRVC, PMCS and ALTR didn't meet our entry criteria yesterday after the market gapped down to start the new week.
