have done a LOT of introspection. I realize i gamble WAAAAAAAAY TOOOOO much. In the things I know & am comfortable with I do exceedingly WELL. REAL WELL. Then I get cocky 7 "play" a POS I would normally not even think about. Anyway, I say all that to simply say...look inside yourself, look back on what made you money & find some secure plays.

Look for intraday downswings in SUNW to the tune of 3 points & buy & hold for 1 to 3 point retracings, especially when sunw closes down like it did today, BTW - i see 1 final dip to low 90s then CYA.

Also, wait on post CSCO split dip, coming soon, buy & hold. slow, but staedy. Watch for biotechs to go waay up. I do believe, I do believe, I di, I do , I do believe. (ala Cowardly Lion).

Also, HRBC is a rock from 30 to 34. chart looks EXACTLY like pdyn did a while back when it was stuck in that 29 - 33 range.

Finally, a serious money maker is unfolding if ya can buy & hold, SITK @ 9 or lower irf ya wanna take a chance it won't bounce off 9. And MADGF is a solid 10 - 14 play. MADGF & especially SITK have serious upside potential as SITK is headed for the NASDAQ & the listing alone will be worth some points.

set yourself some long range goats & break it down to weekly & daily objectives. How do you eat an elephant???? 1 bite at a time & it can be done.

If I see a BLS bottom, which I don't right this second, I'll tell ya. SBC has become the Wall St rboc darling of late & i can see why. All the right parts & putting technologies into action. I wouyld buy BLS as an "earnings play". Lotta reasons, chief of which, they are deep in Qwest & brazill which is a turnaroud , ie economics of the region.
