Quick premarket thinking: beleive NOW may be a good time to get back into QNTS. I think it's bottomed here and has a
good chance to move to 38 range within a week or so.
All of my other "ideas" have moved too quick for me to persue, and I can't keep my eye on the market Every minute because of my job.
