Warren, Jay and I both got sucked into this quagmire the day it IPO'd. And we have been studying this thing from every angle tying to figure out what gives. OK, for what it's worth (not much) here's what I think. According to OGNC's Shareholder Relations Dept. they are going to release a 4th Q earnings announcement later this week. Obviously it will be decent, or why would it have been brought out last week? It appears to me that the dirty dogs, GS and ML, are accumulating the hell out of this to sell at a much higher price next week. If I were an MM, and wanted to make $$, and had no regard for my reputation, I would probably do the same thing!
